Lot 1571 Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 Mag. #25314

American made single-action six-round revolver chambered for .44 Magnum, manufactured circa 1966 in Southport, CT. Revolver features a gloss blued finish, a 7.5" round barrel, un-fluted cylinder, round ejector rod button, collard cylinder pin head, raised serrated blade front sight, micrometer adjustable square notched rear sight, serrated curved trigger, squared trigger guard, external hammer with serrated spur, smooth grip straps, and two piece smooth hardwood grips with a silver-toned Ruger medallions. The original blued finish retained is approximately 95% with edge wear, a drag line on the cylinder, a drag line under the barrel, slight thinning on the grip straps, and light scattered scratches mostly around the trigger guard. Metal displays no rust or deformation. Hardwood grips are excellent with superficial handling marks. Bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder chambers are also excellent. Action is smooth and crisp with a tight lock-up.
